River Mist, Kyoto at the British Museum’s Hiroshige exhibition

The British Museum’s upcoming Hiroshige exhibition Artist of the Open Road will include my woodblock print River Mist Kyoto as an example of a modern interpretation of bokashi (color gradation). Created in 1982, a few prints remain in the edition. River Mist, Kyoto is pictured and described in this informative blog by curator Alfred Haft, near the end of the essay after Van Gogh.
