Architectural washi

ARCHITECTURAL washi
Sarah Brayer’s architectural washi paperworks are commissioned to cover entire walls, act as room dividers or sliding screens. Washi can be translucent or opaque, and can be made to any dimension imaginable. The process generally takes 60 days from design to completion. Sarah makes all the washi by hand with a team of papermakers in the historical washi paper studio in Echizen, Japan.
