Indra’s Cosmic Net
Indra’s Cosmic Net is an exploration of the night sky. Fascinated by the interconnectedness of all formations: large as the universe and small as cells, I have been using the long fibers of mulberry paper to create cells and “draw” in a new way. The thunder-deity Indra holds a vajra in his hand, representing diamond indestructibility. The cells are like jewels in the cosmos, and they reflect all the other jewels in the net.
